Delivery Times

Once your order is placed, it will generally be dispatched the same or next business day unless it is a bespoke item tailored to your specific requirements or sizing. All delivery times are subject to Australia Post services

Please note also that to keep our prices as low as possible many of our items are shipped by AusPost letter post which unfortunately is not trackable.  Letterpost is an effective service, but slower as AusPost now only process Letterpost deliveries 3 times per week.  Should Tracking be available on your order details will be included in your confirmation of dispatch email. If you need your order urgently or would like tracking please select the Express Post option

Orders are posted from SE Queensland. For approximate delivery times see below;

Queensland Standard                         2 - 5 business days

Interstate Standard                             5 - 8 business days

Australia Express Shipping                 1 - 3 business days

Orders which select Express Shipping will be prioritised for immediate processing (subject to stock availability).  Dependent upon the destination of your delivery, your parcel should be delivered within 1-3 business days for orders received before midday. If a delay on dispatch due to stock shortages is anticipated in excess of 3 business days, you will be informed by email.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO THE PRICE RISES ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POST COVID 19, WE HAVE SUSPENDED ALL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.  Please message us if you would like an item shipped overseas and we can advise on cost.
