When will an item be restocked?
Popular items and fabrics are constantly being restocked, as fast as I can make them, and new items are being added all the time! If you're looking for a particular item feel free to send me an email at deb@pebblesandpaws.com.au and I can investigate for you.
I've entered the wrong shipping address!
We will need to know that right away so we can get that changed before your parcel is sent out. Please email us at deb@pebblesandpaws.com.au as soon as possible.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by Credit Card ( VISA / Mastercard ), PayPal and Direct Deposit/Internet Bank Transfer. These options are clearly displayed during checkout. Please note if opting to pay by Direct Deposit or Internet Bank Transfer your goods are only dispatched once funds have been received into our account.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we can do that, we know that we can all get a bit excited when shopping online! You'll just need to contact us ASAP so we can cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, or before work starts on any tailor made items. Unfortunately if your order has already left our warehouse then we are unable to cancel it but you can of courser return it for a refund - See our REFUNDS & EXCHANGES section for details
Do you offer overnight Express shipping?
Because s**t happens we cannot 100% guarantee overnight delivery. However Express Post deliveries to metro areas for most capital cities are usually delivered next day. But please be aware – while most Express deliveries are next day, sometimes Express Post – and other Couriers take two days to arrive. We will always do our best to get orders dispatched the same day we receive them – especially when they are Express Post.

Do you accept returns?
Yes we do, except on tailor made items unless they are faulty. You can find details in our RETURNS & EXCHANGES section
