Personalised End of Term Teacher Gift - "Thanks for helping me grow" Plant Pot Marker

These cute plant pot "markers" are a delightful way to thank that special teacher at end of term this year - There are two designs to choose from and on each the Teacher's name is laser printed onto quality poplar ply, together with the name of your child (or children!) 

Approx measurement - 7cm diameter, with height of 14 cm including spike
