Multicolour Fleece Snuffle Basket of Eggs - This is a great enrichment activity for your dog to work their brains as they sniff out the treats, pieces of carrot or kibble hidden in the multitude of different size and colour eggs, and rows of snuffle grass - sounds simple but your dog will find it great fun!
The basket can be used open for an introduction to snuffling, or closed using the velcro tabs in each corner to make it a little more difficult. In total there are 6 rows of eggs, each featuring a large, medium and smaller egg (18 eggs in total) , plus 5 grass rows in between. And for advanced Snufflers and Puzzle Lovers there are even pockets sewn into one side of each of the 6 Large Eggs to make finding treats even more challenging
Approx size 30cm x 35cm when laid out flat, or use the velcro tabs in each corner to pull up the basket edges to hold in the "garden" and reduce size to approx 25cm x 28cm. Contrast fleece to inner, please note exact colours of eggs, lining and basket may vary according to fabrics in stock at time of ordering but will always be bright and colourful
Hand washable
Please note Fleece is a great medium for snuffling as it is non fraying and will withstand minor sucking as part of your dogs exploration - However this is a Canine Enrichment Puzzle NOT a chew toy - your dog should always be supervised, and the Mat removed once you feel all treats have been found. It is NOT suitable for serious chewers
Unlike some Snuffle Puzzles on the market please note this item is lovingly, individually handmade here in Australia, not made in bulk in China - therefore there may be some slight irregularities in the stitching and finished shape as Fleece is a stretchy fabric, though we have included some inner wadding to help the mat maintain its shape - Rest assured your Pup won't notice!
